1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TCG Architect ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TCG Architect is a deck building platform for Grand Archive TCG that allows users to:

• Create and manage deck lists
• Share public decks with the community
• Import and export deck data
• Access tournament results and decklists
• Use tools for deck building and analysis

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your deck lists and content. By making content public, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

6. Security and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining the security of our platform. Our security measures include:

• Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols
• Secure Authentication: We use secure authentication methods and encourage strong password practices
• Secure Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regular updates

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TCG Architect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Card Art Attribution: All Grand Archive TCG card artwork displayed on this platform is the intellectual property of Weebs of the Shore LLC. TCG Architect does not claim ownership of any card artwork and uses these images in accordance with Weebs of the Shore LLC's terms of use for educational and deck building purposes only.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TCG Architect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
